This is copy of the original parchment given to the Pliskovers to confirm the purchase of land in Israel. The english text reads as follows:

"Whereas the United Pliskover Memorial Organization of America has remitted through the Jewish National Fund of New York the sum of $7,500 to be applied to the redemption of a tract of land by and for the Keren Kayemeth Leisrael in Eretz Israel that shall be associated with their name. Such land being the inalienable property of the Keren Kayemeth Leisrael, to be placed on lease at the disposal of Jewish Settlers engaged in the Upbuilding of the State of Israel.

"Now these present witness that the said tract of 150 Dunams (One hundred and fifty) is located at Tselafon in the Hills of Judea lying between kilometres 20 and 21 and is marked on the map of the relevant sector of Israel attached to this document.

"The said tract is presently recorded in the register of the head office of the Keren Kayemeth Leisrael LTD., Jerusalem, under the name of "Nahlat Pliskov" No. 246.

"In witness thereof we have duly set hereunder our hand and seal this day of 1952, at Jerusalem.

"Keren Kayemeth Leisrael, Chairman Board of Directors."
